Blogging and Bear (Site usage)
So... I'm newer to Bear. And so far I love it here. Although I'm not really used to it. The only social media I've ever really had is Tumblr and Instagram. Although, now this is all that I use.
It's definitely different from any other site I've used in terms of formatting. And I like it. I'm learning new things in terms of how to type and format this blog (Like figuring out links the other day, woo!) and using the Markdown cheatsheet to help me. And (bonus) I get typing practice when I make posts!
I'm used to "following" and checking a dashboard like on Tumblr, but instead Bear has a Discover page, which I'm now fond of. I love looking through and seeing the different types of blogs, writings, and forms of expression here. And even if I'm the only self shipper on this site, I'm not the only hobby writer on this site. (For instance, I can't tell you how many beautifully amazing and splendiforous poems I've found and wish I could slam the everloving shit out of a reblog button to spread the beautiful and inspiring creativity I've found here.) I'm not the only person here who longs to express themselves through their writing and other various forms of creativity. I'm not the only person looking to hone their skills. I'm not the only person. I'm not alone. And, as silly as it is, it puts a smile on my face. Although this isn't exactly a Hellsite.
It's not a Hellsite. It's a tiny corner of the internet.
And I love it here.
